Not guaranteed.Free UK delivery is available on orders over £50 and will be sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked unless otherwise selected.

If you notice an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally the same day).
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Please note that we are unable to combine shipping for separate orders.

Bath bombs are delicate by nature, and while we package them carefully, occasional damage can occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@maxmiabathco.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• A photograph of the item
• A photograph of the outer packagingWe will always aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly.

Due to the nature of bath and body products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with Royal Mail.
We cannot refund or replace orders until the courier’s investigation period has passed.
