  • Yes — all products are handcrafted in small batches in the UK to ensure freshness and quality.

  • No. Our products are free from parabens, SLS and harsh detergents.

  • Most bath products are suitable for general use, however if you are pregnant or have specific concerns, we recommend checking the ingredient list and consulting your healthcare provider.

  • While our products were originally created for eczema-prone skin, we cannot guarantee suitability for every individual. We always recommend patch testing before full use.

  • Our products are safety assessed and approved for use from age 3+. For younger children or specific skin concerns, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional.

  • Our products are thoughtfully formulated with sensitive and easily irritated skin in mind, using nourishing oils and butters.

    While we would never claim to treat or cure skin conditions, our formulations were originally developed for our daughter’s eczema-prone skin. As every skin type is unique, we always recommend patch testing before full use.

  • Yes — all of our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use animal-derived ingredients, and we work only with suppliers who share our ethical standards.

  • Each product undergoes a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) carried out by a qualified cosmetic safety assessor before being legally approved for sale in the UK.

    We also hold product liability insurance and ensure all products are registered in accordance with UK cosmetic regulations.

  • Most of our products have a shelf life of 9–12 months. You’ll find the recommended “best before” date on the packaging.

    As our products are handmade in small batches, we always recommend using them fresh for the best colour, scent and performance.

  • Simply fill your bath with warm water and gently place the bath bomb into the tub. Watch it fizz, swirl and release its fragrance.

    For best results, use in a clean bath. Avoid holding the bath bomb while it dissolves, as highly pigmented colours may temporarily tint the skin — this will wash away easily with warm water.

  • No — our bath bombs are formulated with bath-safe colourants and emulsifiers to prevent staining or colour pooling.

    We always recommend using them in a clean bath. In the unlikely event of any residue, it can be easily removed with normal bathroom cleaning products.

  • Yes — we love creating bespoke products for party favours, teacher gifts, birthdays, baby showers and special events.
