Bath time has always been a special part of our day — for our daughter Mia and her big brother Max, and for us as parents too. It was our pause button. Our moment of calm.

But when Mia’s eczema began flaring up with most bath products, that simple ritual became stressful instead of soothing. We found ourselves navigating appointments, ingredient lists and endless trial and error, searching for something gentle enough for her delicate skin.

When we couldn’t find it, we made it.

After months of research and reformulating, we removed ingredients known to irritate sensitive skin and focused instead on nourishing oils and butters that would comfort and protect. The difference was remarkable. Bath time became joyful again.

That’s how Max & Mia Bath Co. was born — named after both of our children. What began as a mum’s mission to soothe one little girl’s skin has grown into a brand dedicated to creating handcrafted, vegan bath and body products for the whole family.

While we would never claim to “cure” eczema, we are proud to say Mia no longer experiences flare-ups with our products. Every formula is thoughtfully developed for sensitive, easily irritated skin — and always patch tested first, as every skin story is different.

Today, we continue to create small-batch bath treats, nourishing scrubs, whipped soaps and rich body butters designed to bring comfort, colour and a little everyday luxury to your routine.
